Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between IADEOS YAZILIM VE HİZMET LTD. ŞTİ. ("IADEOS," "we," "us," "our") and any individual or entity accessing or using the iadeos.com platform ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

IADEOS provides an AI-powered medical billing analysis platform for Turkish citizens:

• LEX-OS Analysis Engine: AI-enabled hospital invoice analysis identifying line items charged above official SGK/SUT ceiling prices
• SGK/SUT Price Comparison: Automatic cross-referencing against Turkey's current Social Security Institution (SGK) Health Implementation Directive (SUT)
• Overpayment Calculation: Precise computation of amounts charged in excess of statutory maximums
• Refund Petition Generation: Automated creation of personalized petitions addressed to hospitals or SGK

Important Notice: IADEOS provides an information service only. It does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or any form of professional consultation. For legal proceedings, consult a qualified attorney licensed in Turkey.

• Maintaining the LEX-OS engine with current SGK/SUT database versions
• Processing uploaded documents in a secure, isolated, and encrypted environment
• Delivering analysis results within 24 hours of document upload
• Protecting personal data in accordance with KVKK and applicable law
• Notifying users of significant service interruptions
• Keeping the Platform accessible during normal operating hours

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access. IADEOS reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for damages arising from such violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IADEOS's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform, LEX-OS Engine, algorithms, design system, branding, and all content are owned by or licensed to IADEOS YAZILIM VE HİZMET LTD. ŞTİ. and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.

The following are expressly prohibited without written authorization:

• Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing Platform code
• Replicating the LEX-OS Engine or analysis algorithms
• Unauthorized use of the IADEOS brand, logo, or marks
• Scraping Platform data for competitive purposes

Documents you upload remain your property. IADEOS claims no ownership rights over materials you submit.

Personal data processing is governed by our:

• Privacy Policy — data collection, processing, and security
• Cookie Policy — cookie types and preferences

Sensitive health documents are permanently deleted within 24 hours of analysis completion. We operate under KVKK Law No. 6698 as data controller.

IADEOS YAZILIM VE HİZMET LTD. ŞTİ. reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through:

• A notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the effective date
• Email notification to registered users
• Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of these Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

Users accessing the Platform from outside Turkey are responsible for compliance with their local laws. IADEOS makes no representation regarding suitability for use in jurisdictions other than Turkey.
